Stacey Sprecher

Hello, My name is Stacey Sprecher, I am a certified personal trainer and also a fitness instructor.  I have found my passion in the fitness industry, between teaching classes and personal training clients and am truly happy.  I have found something that keeps me very happy, fit and ready to wake up and "go after" each day.  It bring pure enjoyment to me to see people take my classes and transform their bodies and their fitness levels, it also makes me much happier that what I do as a professional has transferred to both my husband and my two beautiful children.  I look forward to making people sweat and eat healthy to achieve their goals, to become healthier mentally and physically.
