My name is Kate McDermott and I am a personal trainer in the Atlanta area specializing in training women in the privacy of their home or my home gym. I started my career prior to children in the IT arena and after started a family wanted to change gears and provide a service that helps people have a more healthy lifestyle. Becoming a trainer has been such a fun and rewarding job that I truly love. Being able to help people achieve a level of fitness that they have never been able to get to before is so rewarding and fullfilling!!
