I am an exercise physiologist for the US Air Force. I have over 15 years experience in the fitness industry. I am experienced in teaching various formats of yoga to include power yoga (utilizing weights) and flow yoga; I specialize in military-style boot camp and circuit classes; I have also taught BOSU and indoor cycling classes. I am very experienced in 1-1 personal training, running fitness centers, as well as teaching fitness and health education classes.
