My name is Amanda Knighten and I love physical fitness. I injured my knee while training for a race and heard the doctor tell me I would never run again. Through much determination and hard work, I trained with a personal trainer for over a year, I can now run again. It was because of this injury I found my true exercise love - indoor cycling. I love it so much I bought a bike for my home so I could cycle there as well as at the gym. I also saw great results from cycling. Because of these results and my love for it I decided to get certified to help other people reach their goals. As I mentioned above, I am currently working on getting certified in Body Pump. It is so important to combine weight training and cardio exercise and so many people don't do this. Other classes that I take on a regular basis are Zumba, Step, and Body Combat.
