Serenity Simpson

Serenity M. Simpson is a native of New York City. She now resides in Mesa, Arizona. She has been an Aerobic Instructor for 11 years. teacing for the LAl Fitness Clubs located in Mesa, Arizona. Her fitness experience began in 2001 with her attaining a certification in Spinning from Madd Dogg Athletics and ACE Group Fitness as her Primary certification. She taught Spinning for a full year before deciding to expand her expertise to other areas in the Fitness Industry. As a result, she became certified in Kickboxing, Powerflex (similar to Powerpump), and Aqua Aerobics.  Through her primary certification, she teaches a varied level of Step Aerobics, High/low Impact Aerobics, as well as Strength Training classes. She now focuses teaching her two favorite fitness formats only; ZUMBA and Cycling.  Serenity is friendly and energetic. In addition to a warm personality, she is empathetic to those who are trying to achieve their fitness goals as Serenity lost 96lbs. and has maintained her current weight for 18 years.
