Damaris Mercado

Fit & Fabulous was born out of the desire to offer wellness services to individuals in the entertainment industry. From working more than 20 years in entertainment production, Damaris L. Mercado recognized a need to help people behind the scenes keep themselves healthy. The need for a shift from toxic lifestyles was welcomed on the set. She saw to it that healthy food options were available and warmly welcomed conversations on conversion to vegetarianism, incorporating brown rice and more greens since 1985. Yoga and dance have been staples to existence for more than 20 years. Integrating holistic wellness practices of nutrition, cleansing, coaching, meditation and movement on and off the set, Fit & Fabulous has helped to transform many mindsets. Fit & Fabulous has also provided production services for wellness professionals since it's incorporation in 2007.
