Edwin Rodriguez

Edwin was raised in the Bronx and has been dancing since he was in grade school. He listened to the Latin rhythms of Tito Puente, Eddie Palmeri, Willie Colon, La Lupe and Celia Cruz. He has been a student of Latin dance for the past 20 years and studied with some of the most talented dance instructors in New York City. He is certified in group fitness by the Aerobics Fitness Association of America. He has a B.S. in Education from St. John's University and a Masters, in Social Work, from Fordham University. Edwin's education and experience as an educator and facilitator provide him with many of the skills that are required of a successful and effective group fitness instructor. As a ZUMBA fitness instructor he enjoys promoting the health and wellness of students lives in a positive atmosphere. He enjoys helping people to look and feel great, get in shape, dance and have fun.
