I have an enthusiastic, enagaing, and energetic instructing style.  I give everything I have in every class that I instruct.  I am professional and personal with my participants.  I am also reliable and responsible.  I make my classes about the participants, not about the instructor.  I want everyone in my classes to feel successful and to leave with a smile.  Making the work-out fun is my specialty!
