My love of all things fitness led me to become a certified spin and group fitness instructor a little over a year ago. Teaching indoor cycling classes, strength training and card kickboxing allows me to motivate people and help them feel good about themselves. I have attended numerous health and wellness workshops along with nutrition seminars over the years. Really staying on top of the current fitness trends and Nutritional advise. I believe that our bodies are amazing and can do whatever we ask of them to do. I like to create challenging classes with awesome music, some laughs and great energy.
