Seth Federman

Seth Federman has been working as a group fitness instructor for the past five months in the Bostonian area. Before becoming a fitness professional, he taught dance for several years at a local studio, where he also served as the artistic director. While he's not teaching at either Harvard and UMASS, he's busy studying for his Masters in Language and Literacy at Harvard and his Masters in Teaching at UMASS Boston. The highlights of his day are when he gets to teach his Zumba, Step, Rock like a Rockstar sculpting class, and Hard Core Abs classes to the excited participants at the Harvard and UMASS gyms.
