I'm a long time fitness enthusiast. I started running 13 years ago after having three children and found it to be a fantastic stress reliever. This evolved into running and weight training. After running my first half marathon, I started attending cycle classes
at LA Fitness and have attended several times a week since then. Since I already had a competetive swimming background, this naturally evolved into triathlon interest. I have competed and completed 3 half-ironman races and several shorter distance triathlons and hope to register and complete my first full Ironman distance in the next two years. I enjoy promoting fittness as a way to achieve optimum health. I love to travel but want to continue my fitness regimens while doing so.
