Brittany Russo

I was born in Dover, NJ in 1986. I have lived in New Jersey most of life, and knew from a very young age that I wanted a career in fitness. I played sports from the time I was 5 till present, and decided to obtain more specialized certifications after I finished college. I have a B.S. in mechanical engineering, and during the day I work as a reliability engineer at a chemical plant. But before I come into work or after I leave the office, I make it a priority to teach others valuable fitness principles through the exercise classes I teach at gyms local to my house. After doing this for some time, I also decided to try to teach my fellow co-workers about health and wellness at my day job. I have created a Wellness program where I lead efforts to conduct health seminars, cooking demonstrations, and exercise classes. I know I have touched the lives of many in a positive way over the last few years, and this notion itself is the main motivation for me to continue my career in the world of fitness.
