Jason McWalter

Jason is the owner of MCW Health and Fitness which is a personal training studio. He works with individuals and small groups. Primarily Jason uses TRX suspension training to help his clients reach their goals. Jason believes in a well round approach to personal training, it is not just all about resistance training, but he stresses the importance of proper sleep, nutrition, stress, hydration and recovery. Previously Jason worked at PRO Sports Club as a personal trainer and has taught a variety of classes such as Winter Sports Conditioning, Circuit Training, TRX, Amazing Abs, Extreme Body Makeover and Chisel'd.
