An active life is a happy life. As if being the mother of three busy children wasn't enough, I simply cannot go a day without a rigorous workout routine. I have been a part of organized sports and recreation for my entire life, and after deciding to "retire" from my career and raise my children it only made sense to acheive my group fitness certification and be able to partake in a day to day athletic life style. I am certified in teaching Aqua fitness, group fitness, cycling, and bootcamp style workouts, including step routines, kick boxing, resistance training, stability ball, free wieghts, cardio, and bosu training.
