Before becoming certified to teach pilates and yoga, I studied ballet and dance. I am also a long distance runner and have many racing trophies.
I am a professional writer in the area of health, fitness, lifestyle and nutrition. My recent book for McGraw Hill is SUPER IMMUNITY FOODS, available in print and as an e book and on Kindle. I have spoken at conferences and conventions and workshops.
I have also worked in publishing as an editor, as well as in advertising and public relations.
In addition to group fitness classes, I do one-on-one personal core strength personal training.
I am the mother of two grown sons.
