JoAnna Sullivan

Yoga has taught JoAnna the power and mystery of the body and soul.  She embraced yoga because of its transformative effects. JoAnna was first introduced to yoga as a means of relaxation when she was training as a collegiate runner.  Throughout the years, yoga has shaped how she sees her physical and spiritual Self. 

 

JoAnna received her 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification through training with Natasha Rizopoulus and YogaWorks. 

 

A lifelong learner, JoAnna enjoys incorporating different perspectives into her yoga practice and her teaching.  She embraces cultivating the exploration of yoga with others and empowering others to look within.
