I have been teaching Zumba for the past 3 1/2 years and I have been dancing since I was 2 years old. I have recently opened my own studio in Metairie, LA that is dedicated mostly to Zumba Fitness classes. I was also picked in the first round of Zumba jammers, which qualifies me to host choreography share sessions for Zumba instructors. I am also AFAA Group Ex certified and I hold a current CPR license.
I have two sons, age 8 and 6, who are big fans of Zumba. They have participated in some of my Zumbatomic classes.
I LOVE teaching Zumba. It's been an amazing journey meeting lots of new people and now opening my own studio. I have been to all of the Zumba conventions and have even given a Zumba presentation at a local conference in the city. I would love to travel and teach while on vacation. This would be a whole new experience for me.
