Mike Silva

I am a healthclub owner since 1989. I played 2 sports in college soccer and basketball. I train many athletes preparing for upcoming seasons. I am the owner operator of The Edge in Ramsey New Jersey and i really enjoy teaching group exercise to a variety of people. My daughters (3) all are active in sports which makes me and my wife very happy! My wife enjoys training as well and has been dancing for fitness enjoyment for many years. I am a avid weight lifter with a passion for helping others reach their goals. At 49 years old i look forward to lifting my entire life!
