I am a married mother of 18-month old twins who is passionate about health and fitness. I have been involved in fitness for the past 6 years, mostly as a personal training client. I worked with a number of excellent personal trainers who taught me how to work out effectively, lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle.
After I gave birth to my twins, I enrolled in a group fitness class and was inspired to begin pursuing personal training as a career option. I was certified as a Personal Training Specialist in 2010 through Can Fit Pro. My previous experience working with personal trainers in addition to my certification helped me as I lost 45 pounds of baby weight and got myself into the best shape of my life. As a personal trainer and boot camp instructor I have the opportunity to inspire and motivate men and women to achieve their fitness and health goals. I can show them how to overcome plateaus, to maximize results, gain more energy and have a healthy, active lifestyle--and have fun doing it!
I am passionate about working alongside people to help them realize their potential. I enjoy watching someone learn how to do a squat properly, to feel themselves get stronger and to watch their lives transform as they make a commitment to themselves. As a mother, I value the importance of teaching my children about healthy eating and exercise. It excites me to be able to share that with adults who have never had the opportunity and to watch them change their lives.
