Alice Monsaert

Alice has been in the Fitness Industry for over 25 years. She is currently employed at Shapes Total Fitness for Women as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor and Nutrition Consultant. Alice also works for Sarasota county government wellness department and several other corporate wellness programs. Alice was awarded with the ACE Fitness Director of the Year (runner up) in 2003 & 2004. She is provider of continuing education for ACE, AFAA and AEA.
