Valentina Pasquini

I spent 4 years in the industry as a trainer working for the largest fitness franchise in Canada. After becoming a parent it was time to make a change and start working for myself. It is my responsibility to continually ensure that my clients reach their goals, and continue to strive for optimal health. Fitness is my passion, as I am fortunate enough to be able to love what I do every day.
