I have had an avid interest in fitness since high school. I played on my high school football and basketball teams as well playing football and basketball in college. This desire to maintain a fitness regiment continued throughout most of my adult life. While living in the city, I trained at New York Sports facilities on a daily basis. The fitness center approached me and asked if I were interested in working at the facility. Over the years I provided one on one fitness trainings to clients. I integrate a balanced approach to training using resistance, flexibility and cardio training. My desire is to help the client attain realistic goals with the expectation that one can still surpass those goals.
