I offer students opportunities to enhance their mind-body connection through a challenging physical practice. I teach vinyasa power yoga, a practice that connects breath and movement, linking posture to posture. I completed my 200-hour training in 2010. I am continuing to study, and began a 500-hour teacher training in 2013. I also specialize in teaching prenatal yoga. I teach classes in English, but am fluent in French and conversational in Spanish.
