I have been teaching yoga since my teacher training and love what I do. I grew up learning yoga as a child, and believe that it is what I was meant to do. I find that people gain both physical and mental benefits from yoga, which is something you cannot always get from other forms of exercise. I customize my classes based around the level of the students. I have taught beginners to advanced students, and feel comfortable teaching mixed levels. I have taught both private classes and group classes and believe that both have benefits for the students.
