Leslie McKernon

I am soon to be 40 year old mom of 3 girls. 5yr old twins and a 9 year old. I was a high school teacher and coach of both the girls volleyball and basketball teams for 9 yrs. I have been passionate about the fitness industry, as I was an athlete in school as well, and worked throughout university as a trainer in a gym. I was recently approached by my trainers (who own and independent studio) to join their team. With enthusiasm I accepted. I believe that fitness is a lifestyle that can be met by all, regardless of schedule and demands. I truly enjoy learning new and innovative ways to motivate clients and to challenge them. I appreciate the creativity and knowledge of others. We can all learn more and better ourselves. I plan on continuing with this career for the rest of my life! I am just having too much fun to stop!
