Rusty Spaugh

I am a Parttime instructor with the Local YMCA and I have Private Personal Training Clients as well.  I have been in Martial Arts for 25 yrs.  I have been a personal trainer and Group Fitness trainer for 5 years.  I have also Coached Basketball for 2 years at a local Highschool.

I have been in and around fitness all my life but never realized it would take me where I am today.  Fitness is my passion and I try to send that message through to my clients.
