I passionate life fitness coach who lives her work. I run 15 miles a week, including sprint internal training as well as strength train 3-4 times a week. My fitness training includes functional training that teaches my body what it needs for life outside the gym. I emphasize core stability and insist on mobility training as much for my clients as I do myself. I enable myself and my clients to attain strength in the places they can't see as well as acheive the look they want.
