She holds a Masters degree in Health Education, a group fitness certification by the American Council on Exercise, and a Yoga certification by YogaFit. She has also held a certification by the American College of Sports Medicine. Jennifer's passion is working with people who want to find a practical, healthy balance in their wellness lifestyle. Jennifer teaches a variety of fitness classes including yoga, and is an avid mountain biker, hiker, and skier.
