Deborah Seaborn

My name is Deborah Allen Seaborn. I am a 48 year fitness instructor. I have had a passion for fitness for many years. About 2 years ago I began working at our local YMCA. I enjoyed it so much I decided that this is what I wanted to do the rest of my life. I began getting my certifications in different areas of fitness. I am an mother of three. I have a 20 year old daughter, a 15 year old daughter and a 13 year old. My husband is an electrical engineer and he is very supportive and encouraging with my fitness caree. In the next few years I would like to have my masters in exercise science and next year my goal is to become a certified personal trainer through ACE.
