I have worked as a Personal Trainer with groups and individuals for over 5 years. I am olso a Lifstyle and Weight Management Coach. My training style includes, weight lifting, boot camp, circuits, intervals, and resistance training. I am a big pusher on proper nutrition, and how to use nutrition to yeild the best results.
I was a very insecure teenager. This is what pushed me into the world of fitness. In my own quest to figure out how to eat and workout properly, I became obsessed with the field. I love working with people! I relish in the opportunity to educate new people about there body, and what it requires to get results. So many people do things wrong, as I did years ago, and I love being able to help them do it right.
Working out shouldn't be boring! I love mixing things up, and putting a new twist on things. The more fun and interesting I make it, the more interested a client becomes. This results in them working harder and getting better results!
