I began my yoga journey with the intent to de-stress and calm my mind after working in a very stressful work environment and that is exactly what has happened. Not long after I began my personal yoga journey, I had a desire to teach and share my passion for yoga with everyone. Yoga is not only an amazing physical challenge, but it is a great challenge for the mind and spirit as well. Yoga has helped me to be a more mindful person in everything that I do. I am excited to be able to share yoga with everyone.
