I am a wife and mother of two boys. After 10 years behind a desk I decided to make a career change and go into fitness. I became ACE certified in 2008 and jumped right in to aquatic fitness. My love for fitness stems from 13 years of dance training. And my love for dance is bringing me back onto land to teach others how to get fit by dancing! The Flirty Girl (Flirtification) and Balletone is next on my list of Certifications.
