Laura began personal training and teaching group exercise classes at Stonehill College which provided the foundation for her pursuit of a career in the fitness industry. As a fitness professional she has worked as an exercise
physiologist and has successfully directed group exercise and personal training programs at the corporate and collegiate level. While owning her own personal training business in San Diego she trained high school and collegiate athletes, as well as special populations with back, knee and shoulder injuries and has also trained pre- and post-natal females.
Now the Athletic Director for Wellbridge Athletic Club in Boston, MA she directs the Personal Training Group Fitness programs. Laura enjoys working out and spending time with her familiy and friends.
