I was introduced to fitness initially as a child through martial arts. Through martial arts, I became very curious to various activities that involved strength, agility, and speed. I started working as a personal trainer not only to learn and be exposed to various activities/exercises but also to be able to pass on the knowledge to individuals who, just like me, strive to learn more about their own capabilities and always be at their peak. I also enjoy traveling, karaoke, playing sports and being active.
