- Kelly Gray
Kelly is a catalyst and a realist. Recognized as a talented fitness, marketing, and promotions professional, she has a strategic eye for business scalability and systems development. This all stems from understanding the foundations of what makes people "tick."
Her involvement in a range of experiences from corporate marketing to start-up cultivation allows for a refined process for successful implementation of traditional and non-traditional marketing and sales campaigns.
Kelly joined the world-famous Crocs family during a time of sink or swim product development and launch.
Wearing every hat necessary, Kelly lead the marketing and promotions efforts that provided a successful IPO launch for the brand.
“The Great Ones Adjust,” remarked Crocs founder and Kelly’s eventual business partner George B. Bodecker, Jr.
And adjust is exactly what Kelly does with her marketing clients and ideas as today's world market continues to transform.
Kelly has formal training in strategic planning, product marketing, and organizational leadership. She is a graduate of the prestigious Presidents Leadership Institute at the University of Colorado. She's been a fitness professional for over a decade and has loved every second of the experience.
Other credentials include working as the right hand to legendary NFL Linebacker Bill Romonawski, summer park ranger, and undercover FDA agent.
Kelly drives a ragtop Jeep year round for the payoff it offers during Colorado’s incredible summer weather, and is currently interviewing qualified candidates to fill the “stereotypical chillaxed dog in the back of my Jeep” position.
