With a long term practice in various forms of partner and expressive dance and yoga, I learned the relationship to movement and breath to being alive in my body and health and well being. Following an 18-year career in the high tech field, I pursued a Ph.D. in psychology with emphases in somatic (body-oriented) psychology and the expressive arts. I enjoy working with individuals to help them come into greater balance and harmony with their bodies, resolve ineffective coping patterns, and explore what has meaning and passion for them.
