Tara has been practicing yoga for 7.5 years and has owned Yoga Sol for 6 ½ years. After receiving a Masters in Clinical Psychology and working as a therapist for 5 years, she left corporate America to follow her passion in yoga. Her first certification was in Bikram yoga and she went on to train in more yoga styles including Vinyasa, Iyengar, Ashtanga, Anusara, Kundalini , Restorative, and Pilates. She enjoys helping people and has extensive work dealing with clients with back pain.
