Hi my name Ranj, I am Registered Personal Fitness Trainer, Owner of Studio 64 - Private Members only studio.  I believe that you can achieve whatever you set your mind to.  How badly do you wish to be the healthiest you can be?  Are you willing to make time for yourself to get to get to a healthier you?   My understanding is that true wellness is a balance; more than just the physical exercise.   Exercise and diet are a lifestyle choice.   No matter what your starting point is; I am here to guide you and assist you through the process.  There is nothing more rewarding than helping our clients achieve their goals, becoming medication free and excelling in all aspects of their being.

I pride myself on maintaining my certifications and keeping knowledge up-to-date by attending yearly Fitness Conferences; across North America.  We are in the constant state of learning; and it is sincerely my pleasure and honour to share everything innovative and cutting edge within our industry with you.  

 New scientific research studies conclude almost daily, on what you should or should not be doing.  This can be daunting at times; and leave you perplexed at what actually is the best option for you.    That’s where we come in to dispel the myths; and make your lifestyle change a reality once and for all.   There is no such thing as failure; it’s just an opportunity presenting itself for you to change direction and find an alternative course back to action.   There are no “quick fixes”; just fantastic marketing promising you miracles.  

I believe fitness is fun at any age.  I value my health and yours.  I would much rather be out for a walk with you; than see you standing at a Medical Clinic awaiting to receive medications to mask aches and pains.   This is in no means to diminish anyone’s pain; as everyone has a story; and I have my own.  

When I am not training at our Studio in North Delta, I can be found outdoors with my 3 beautiful daughters, and gorgeous GSD aka German Shepherd Dog; we are either hiking the local trails in North Delta, South Surrey, White Rock, or we make the hop skip and jump to hike the Chief in Squamish or hiking MC Trail or Lynn Valley Trails on the North Shore.  More often than not, we remain in the “hood”.  

As a mother, wife, daughter and “woman”, I am the first and foremost role model to my daughters.  I believe our actions speak louder than our words.    After 8 years of watching their mom live out her passion and dream vocation; the girls have become an active part of the community.   For our children there is no other way of being; they live and breathe active living.  We invite you and your family to experience what the culture and community of Studio 64 is all about.  

We also pride ourselves on having a private, pristine, modern, and always clean environment.  We often hold Group Personal Training sessions for the local high schools and elementary schools in the neighbourhood.  (Group Personal Training aka Women on Weights or Strength and Core conditioning sessions.)  We also hold Esteem Building workshops for teens and women as a part of our lifestyle to wellness approach.

I believe that we are able to shape, and sculpt our bodys’ any which way we want; but it’s more than that.  It’s what happens with the mind-body connection that is the key to life long healthy living.  Every time we push or challenge ourselves out of our comfort zone we change, not only physically but mentally as well. 

At Studio 64 Personal Training Inc. every workout is inspiring and leaves you wanting to come back for more.   You will look forward to your next visit; because you learn quickly it is anything short of boring.  The workouts are fun, innovative, challenging; you always conquer, win and complete.  We always finish what we start.

Thanks for a solid workout this morning. I burned almost 400 calories – not bad considering we had less than an hour!

 

Ranj, I get so very much out of workouts!  I was just thinking last night, aside from my marriage (17 years) and my job (10 years) your workouts are one of my best commitments.  It’s just a sign of the times.  With this economy we have to adapt, improvise and overcome – words I live by lol.  Have a great day – you inspire me to be better.  (May 2010)

 

Hi Ranj, Thanks for the training this Summer. I enjoyed the workouts immensely, the variety of exercises kept it interesting.  Of course, the positive energy from you helped a lot too. Also, learning to do movements in the proper form was great. I have been making a conscious effort to workout in proper form; I feel this has enhanced my qualities of my exercising. I have thoroughly enjoyed my work out sessions with your groups over the last couple of months; and I feel that I should be able to achieve my personal goals of weight loss and strength gain with your guidance. I had commented to my wife last night, that your work out sessions were very complete, and walked away each time feeling like I achieved something significant. You have created a very friendly and knowledgeable environment and offer great encouragement - working in a group has been a fantastic experience for me. I had maintained a 5 week regiment with a large chain gym, by going 5 days a week for 2 ½ hour sessions. I have achieved satisfactory results to date, but I still feel that I have gotten better results by working out more effectively in one hour 2x a week with Studio 64.  (Summer 2009)

 

(April 2010- 11 months later...)  I am very happy with the results that I am achieving with your guidance, picked up a new pair of jeans on the weekend, down 4 sizes, awesome 
