Emily Zapata

I grew up in the mountians of NC playing soccer and any activity I could find!  After graduating college I got married and had 3 kids and decided that an aerobics instructor was a perfect job for a stay at home mom!  I got my group fitness certifitcation first and the rest came after.  I LOVE doing what I do!  I teach 10 classes a week including water aerobics, HiLo, spinning, and interval training.
