I love fitness and it is has been a part of my life since I started track and field and running back in High school. I took my first fitness training 21 years ago at the YMCA in halifax and have since had training with can-fit-pro, NSFA, Zumba and hope to go back to university in the fall to take Kinesiology. I want to shere fitness with everyone and get everyone passionate about being healthy but also just want peopl to take classes just to have fun.
