As a new fitness leader, I enjoy inspiring others to find their own fitness passion, whether it be through dance-style fitness, low impact aerobics, drumming, group resistance or working out in the gym. I'm a strong believer that doing what you love keeps you going back and improves the chances for your own personal success. I have been leading Zumba class for over a year and recently became certified in the Groove Method...a fantastic new approach that makes dance-fitness accessible to everyBody! The Groove uses simple choreograpny intertwined with a non-follow-the-leader approach that allows participants to add their own flavour to the moves and achieve an exhilarating workout.
