Aura Skigen

Graduated from the University of Vermont in 2001 with a B.S. In Physical Therapy. Have worked in school settings, in-patient pediatric hospital, and out-patient orthopaedic settings. I was certified in 2005 by Polestar, in rehab and mat. Since then, I have taught mat classes for therapeutic benefits, pre-natal, and overall fitness. I am currently teaching at 2 facilities. One is mat only, and I'm teaching pre-natal and therapeutic Pilates. The second is at a private studio using all the equipment ( reformer, chair, etc.)
