For the past 11 years I have been practicing yoga on a very regular basis. A few years ago I began teaching all level classes at a dance studio owned by a friend. In the past year, I have focused on a daily practice that includes studying with several different teachers as well as different styles.
The 200 hour training was with the Marianne Wells School of Yoga. This training was Iyengar based and was very beneficial to my teaching style. I learned to break down all the postures insuring safety and spinal alignment.
During the day I am a regular classroom teacher. I have been teaching for 10 years and my experience here has helped me so much in my yoga teaching.
