Yoga helps channel energy in a positive way, bringing calmness and stillness to the mind, body and soul. Practicing the asana postures, the breathwork and the meditation not only helps connect to my Ultimate Self, yoga also helps offer light and love to my brothers and sisters.
 
After years of travel and search for meaning and purpose, I found the beauty and kindness of yoga fulfills me and it is an honor to share the teachings with you!
 
I chose to study with Sri Dharma Mittra because his teachings include compassion, kindness and non-violence. His sequences are designed to instill concentration and awareness of the body and the breath. By practicing yoga every day, you create space not only in your body, but in your daily life. You build the ability to hone patience, understanding and compassion for our family, friends and strangers.
 
Once you are able to drown out the additional noise and distraction we encounter every day, you have more room to hold for others which brings you happiness, peace and contentment.
