I graduated in 2002 with a B.S. degree in Physical Education concentration Athletic Training/Sports Medicine and have worked as a certified Athletic Trainer while in school and since graduating. I also completed the 2-year Health Careers, Post-Baccalaureate Pre-Medical program at Harvard University. I was taking pre-requisite courses in preparation for application into medical school or PA school. I have been an ACE-certified Personal Trainer since 1999 and have worked in a variety of settings including the YMCA, as assistant manager of a Gold's Gym and also in corporate fitness. I recently obtained a second certified personal trainer certificate from NASM. I currently work as a Private Trainer for the Sports Club Company at their West Los Angeles location. I have also ran fitness programs for teens and older adults and have designed and coordinated pre-season conditioning programs for high school, collegiate and professional athletes. Being a competitive soccer player for 19 years I have a broad background in fitness and conditioning programs specifically for athletes. But, because of my formal education in the health and fitness fields I also have extensive knowledge of overall fitness program design for teens, adults, older adults and the disabled. My specialties include but are not limited to core conditioning, injury rehabilitation and overall fitness conditioning.
