Stacey Coleman

I am a 24 year old personal trainer working at planet fitness in Westbrook, Maine. I have experiance with both personal training and group fitness instruction. I have an extensive background in sports and Recreation. I was the Director of Parks and Recreation for the town of Casco, Maine. I have a lot of experiance working with all types of clients including seniors and children. I am CPR and First aid certified throu the American Red Cross. I am an avid soccer player and I also own my own dj/kj service. I love the outdoors and working with the public.
