Cathy McLennan:   Over the years I’ve learned how important it is to get regular exercise and eat a healthy, balanced diet.  Achieving an equal balance of just the right amount of exercise and developing a solid nutritional plan has made a tremendous impact in my life and the lives of many of our participants.  On a daily basis I feel more energized, have increased stamina and possess a general sense of well being. I believe so strongly in helping people achieve these same results that I’m inspired to pass this knowledge to all of our participants.  I hope you will join us for one of our class experiences where I will motivate you to work hard but make sure you have fun while doing it!

I mostly teach bootcamp classes, but each has it's own theme...from body sculpting to bosu classes......swiss ball classes and many more.
