I have always loved dance and fitness. Although I am not a formerly trained dancer I would never miss an opportunity to hit the dance floor – whether it be at a wedding, a party, in a club, even in my kitchen!

Since January 2008, thanks to regular exercise, and a better understanding of nutrition, I have lost and kept off the twenty extra pounds I had put on over the course of the last five years. I hope to bring the passion and love that I have found in Zumba to others that take my class.
I wake up each morning, and I strive to make each day the best day, and although I am far from “perfect” (I have cellulite on my thighs, a little extra “junk in my trunk,” and “fat days”, just like everyone else) I strive to be the best me, that I can be. I hope to inspire others to do the same.
I do not believe in a “perfect body.” I believe that each person is beautiful and unique and we must each embrace our strengths and flaws, and learn to love the body, mind, and soul we have been given.
In September 2010 I was honored and humbled to be chosen as one of the 100 Zumba Jammers, that will be hosting ZIN Jam sessions around the world!
Nothing feels better than getting lost in great music and moving your body - it is the greatest stress reliever, the best workout, but more than that is so much fun! Come join the party!
