I was a flight attendant for Northwest Airlines from March 1990- March 2003. I love working with people and besides travel, fitness is my other passion. I have been a fitness enthusiast for 25 years now. I started teaching step aerobics is 2003. I have four children and I am 44 years old, but I feel and look better than I did in my 20's! I love helping people reach their fitness goals. I currently enjoy teaching step, sculpting and boot camp. I also practice yoga three days a week.
