My name is Pam Andrews.  I am mother of four children (ages infant to teenager).  I teach three formats of Zumba Fitness weekly, Zumba, Zumba Toning (with hand weights) and Zumbatomic (Zumba for Kids).  I started teaching in 2009 and was the first instructor in my town in Delaware.  Since that time, I have personally mentored several other instructors in their Zumba journey. 

I believe strongly in continuing education as a fitness professional.  I am AFAA Certified in Group Fitness and have taken additional classes in Youth Fitness and Yoga Basics.  I am also American Red Cross CPR and First Aid Certified.
